Boree Bar, Black Power and numerous others as part of our breeding program.
Name the most influential person in your riding career and why:
Definitely my Mum, Janelle Price as she has been my biggest mentor and number one supporter, I look up to her immensely as a fellow competitor and it is thanks to her that I have achieved so much.
Describe your riding history:
Coming from a rural background horses have always been a part of my everyday life. My Dad Bill Little is a Drover so all of my early childhood and every school holiday was spent on the back of a horse behind 2000 odd head of cattle or mustering. Dad competes in Campdrafting and Cutting and my Mum used to Draft but now only Barrel Races, I naturally Drafted & Barrel Raced as a youngen but decided that Barrel Racing was the sport for me and I have never looked back!! Titles include;
94, 96, 98, 99 & 2000 QRA (Queensland Rodeo Assoc.) Juvenile Barrel Racing Champion
98, 99 & 2000 QRA Ladies Barrel Racing Champion
2002 APRA Pro Tour Junior Barrel Racing & Junior All Round Champion
2002 APRA Rookie Barrel Racing Champion
2005 APRA Pro Tour Barrel Racing Champion
2005 APRA Australian Barrel Racing Champion
2007 APRA Pro Tour Barrel Racing Champion

2013 Moonbi Magic Futurity Champion
2013 Tumut Turn & Burn Futurity Champion
2013 Emerald CHBHA Turn & Burn Futurity Champion
2013 ABHA Southern NSW Saddle Series Futurity Champion
Numerous Circuit Titles with both the APRA & ABCRA
Special highlight(s) in your riding career:
Winning both the Pro Tour and the Australian Barrel Racing Titles with the APRA (Australian Professional Rodeo Association) in 2005 and more recently winning both the APRA & ABCRA (Australian Bushmans Campdraft & Rodeo Assoc.) Australian Barrel Racing Titles for 2010. 2013 was also very memorable year for me winning most of the major futurities throughout Australia on my young horse Black Power.
What are your ambitions?
To continue to be successful in my chosen field of Barrel Racing for many years to come on horses that myself and my family have bred and trained.
Have you trained or coached any riders who have had success?
Not per say but I am always being asked for advice & am happy to give it where needed.
Special care and management considerations of your horse(s):
I travel consistently throughout the year so nutrition, exercise, shoeing, teeth and massage are paramount to a happy, healthy, competitive horse.
Which Pryde's feeds do you use and why do you like them?
I feed EasiResult to my current competition horse Black Power, he doesn’t need a high energy feed as he is a lively horse but when I feel he is a tad flat & in need of a boost I add Energy Pak to his feed for 3 days leading into a competition, he is also always fed Polished to keep him looking spectacular & for hoof health. I fed both EasiPerformance and EasiResponse combined to my good old competition horse Boree Bar who is now retired. My younger competition horses get fed a combination of EasiResult and EasiResponse, youngens in early work get fed EasiRide as it is a great economical product and Broodmares and Weanlings are fed BioMare Cubes.
