Show results and update
Just checking in to let you know what we have been up to for the start of the year. We have been doing a lot of shows, as well as trying to fit in lessons for a regular twelve kids each week. Also doing schools for the local pony clubs and judging at their gymkhanas.
At the shows we have been getting very good results and having great performances. Since the western shows we have sold our two A/B Grade horses, we still have our three other very competitive C/D grade horses, which have been performing exceptionally at every outing. We are also bringing along two more young horses at home at the moment and they should be getting their first starts for the year soon.
Here are some results for the shows we have been to so far this year:
Tenterfield Show:
5th Feb 2010 - 5th 90cm, 2nd 1.10mtr, 5th 1.20mtr
6th Feb 2010 - 2nd and 5th 1.10mtr, 3rd open 6 bar
Inverell Show:
26th Feb 2010 - 2nd D Grade under 6pts, 2nd D grade, 2nd B/C Grade, 4th A/B Grade
27th Feb 2010 - 2nd under 6 pts, 4th D Grade, 1st C/D Championship, 3rd A/B Grandprix, 1st Open 6 Bar
Armidale Show:
5th March 2010 - 2nd under 6pts, 2nd C/D Grade, 4th A/B Grade
6th March 2010 - 3rd D Grade, 2nd B/C Grade, 2nd Amature Title, equal 2nd Open 6 bar
Macksville Show:
23rd April 2010 - 5th 1mtr, 3rd 1.20mtr
24th April 2010 - 1st & 5th 90cm, 1st & 4th C/D Grade Championship, 1st Open Grandprix
Maclean Show:
27th April 2010 - 5th Foxhunter, 3rd C/D Grade
28th April 2010 - 3rd C/D Grade, 3rd Grandprix
Grafton Show:
30th April 2010 - 5th 90cm, 2nd 1.10mtr, 2nd C/D Power & Speed
1st May 2010 - 2nd D Grade Championship, 2nd & 3rd C/D Grade Championship
Boonah Show:
15th May 2010 - equal 1st x 2 90cm Jackpot, 2nd D Grade, 4th & 5th C/D Grade, 5th Grandprix
