In February we headed up to Nambour for the Grand weekend of showjumping on the 18th and 19th of Febuary, we attended this event with eight horses. The day started with the 1.10m A2 event on in the indoor area Emily and Tenielle's horses Windmill Park Cool As and Starbucks both jumped well with clean rounds. I started a couple of young ones with this being there first 1.10m start to both jump with only one down.

Later in the day the 1.25m A2 were Aladino and Broadway Jitterbug both placing with a 1st and a 4th, just wanting to give them a start before the 1.35 Grand Prix later in the evening. Emily rode Windmill Park Cool As in the Young rider Championship to have two down were she was happy with how 'Cool As' jumped with his first bigger start for the season. The night program included the 1.35m Grand Prix were both Aladino and Broadway Jitterbug both jumping clean in the first round, Aladino went on to have an unlucky rail in the jump off but Broadway Jitterbug jumped amazing for a double clean round and 3rd place.

The second day started with the 1.10m Championship in the indoor area Emily went on to jump a clean first round on Windmill Park Cool As but had a rail in the jump off to keep her out of the placings. Tenielle also rode her horse Starbucks for a nice round in the 1.10m Championship. The next class was the 1.40m Grand Prix were I decided to start Aladino and Broadway Jitterbug, Jitterbug still being green at these bigger classes just had two down but still jumping welll. Aladino once again jumped another clean round and had one rail in the jump off to place 4th.
