Hi all,

The weeks are flying by and we have another two competitions under our belts (or girths if you are referring to our four legged stars)!

Alexander Park Dressage Club held their official competition on the last weekend of May. Christine and Jazzsong had a fantastic competition winning the PSG and placing 3rd in the Inter1. Christine’s student, Lucy Burt and her horse, Concordance, also had a great competition placing 3rd in the PSG and 4th in the Inter1.

Off on another ‘road trip’, Jeremy and Django of Cacharel, headed off to the Grand Prix CDI-W event which was held alongside the Melbourne Three Day Event at Werribee. Despite some very cold days, Django had a super competition to place 5th in the Grand Prix CDI-W in an experienced class. This earnt them a place in the Grand Prix Freestyle on the Sunday night on cross country day.

Jeremy and Django rode a beautiful freestyle to place 3rd with 63.8% behind the experienced combinations of Caroline Wagner/Tango and Heath Ryan/Regardez Moi. It was a very special event as Jeremy and Django won their first Grand Prix rug at a major event.
