Well 2014 has been a great year for us and team Prydes. We began with excellent results for the Landmark Classic sale, the prydes feed really had the 2yos looking great. We had a great show at the biggest event on the calendar too. We were the 2014 NCHA Open Futurity Champions aboard HY ON TURPS, with a 151 point score. We were unfortunate in the first go round with the mare and after a big run in the second go round we snuck her into the wildcard final- where 15 horses shoot out for a spot in the final of the big one. We were winners there and booked the mare a spot in the final, where we would be successful. Wouldn’t have done it without the excellent nutrition leading up!
We were reserve champions in the NCHA OPEN DERBY aboard ONE SWEET CHERRY also at Tamworth. We only attended 2 more aged events for 2014 due to us expecting our first child, but our results have continued. We were the DDCC OPEN DERBY champions aboard ONE SWEET CHERRY and reserve champions in the DDCC OPEN CLASSIC.
The final event for us was the CCC futurity event where we were OPEN FUTURITY RESERVE CHAMPIONS again aboard HY ON TURPS and OPEN CLASSIC CO CHAMPIONS aboard PEPITAS REYNBOW. We would like to take the chance to thank Prydes for their continued support and the production of a great range of products. Due to our first child coming, we won’t be attending any more show this season, but concentrating on another great bunch of 2yo’s for next year- all of which love their prydes feed too. Our first event on the calendar will be again the 2015 Landmark Classic, where we have a lovely crop of 2yo’s in preparation.
